When James DESTROYED his NEW Aston Martin DBS V12 in Casino Royale I was devastated. We might as well blow up the Millenium Falcon next. A little about me before we get started. I never obtained “00” status and haven’t picked my faithful DB V12 yet.

“WE GOING to Cars & Coffee at the Millenia Aston Martin?” That’s Gabe’s USS Truman code for, are you meeting us there? Yup / Yup… I showed up with Uncle Joe, AKA Joe Pagan, founder of Altamonte Glass & Mirror.
Today his teams are responsible for some jaw dropping glass building designs. Universal trusts him with their NEW Epic Universe. Disney and Uncle Joe go way back. His teams should be done with the iconic Polynesian Resort remodel sometime in 2025. UCF & University of Florida campuses both have award winning building with Uncle Joe’s fingerprints all over those designs.
Approximately 15-years ago, before the 20-Million Dollar building projects. Uncle Joe was winning architectural awards for his design work on smaller jobs like the Aston Martin Orlando showroom. As his Lambo crackles, pops and makes all those beautiful racecar noises, he reminisces about the Aston Martin build…

We step into the AM!
If you’ve been to car show (OR) meet-up in the past, this is Aston Martin. Things are done differently around here. A live DJ, Gourmet Coffee Bar and baristas are standard. Even Duncan Donuts had a bar setup. To the left of the caffeine fueled supercar selfies, Andre from Black Label was schooling the crowd on how they can keep their babies looking fresh 24/7. We’ll catch up with Andre later at his shop.
Next to Andre is Orlando’s M-Doctor. His crowd is usually filled with gearheads looking for some free horsepower advice. He keeps regular 5-Series BMWs on point also. Mine is a hundred thousand miles out of warranty and still in her prime. Life is better when you trust your mechanic.

On Saturdays, Cars & Coffee downshifts imaginations into overdrive. Lisa Anastas from Aston Martin was an AMAZING Co-Host. If you were close enough to drool on the NEW DB12… She made sure you snapped a selfie in the driver’s seat. Sometimes you need to a moment to dream. Lisa made ear to ear smiles happen all day long. The Aston Martin crew rolled out the red carpet for their neighbors.
When you step into the AM, you have permission to get lost in a dream.
POP goes another champaign bottle… All that was missing was a champaign glass waterfall overflowing onto the asphalt. Apparently the last bottle I heard was celebrating a local entrepreneur purchasing their Satin Black DB Dream Car.
We sometime forget to celebrate life. To some, these are just cars and status symbols. To others, they’re childhood dreams coming true. As a matter of fact, this dealership is a dream come true for Peter (Last) who built it.
You’ll LOVE Peter’s story. He created the passion which eventually manifested an Aston Martin Orlando. The event was winding down and Peter, had some time chat. While Peter and Uncle Joe reminisced about the build, I just stood there picking up all the gems falling out of this conversation. Insight from the people who’ve done it big, is how you recharge your hustle.
