Using the Platform

• You must provide accurate information when contacting members or creating a listing.
• You may not misuse the Platform, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Membership & listings

• Featured listings are paid memberships billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listing content.
• We may remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful, or violate these terms.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals.

Payments

Membership fees are processed by Stripe. Charges recur according to the billing period you select until you cancel. Taxes may apply. We do not store full card numbers.

Member content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By listing on the Platform you grant us a license to display that content as part of the directory and related promotion.

Disclaimers

The Platform connects you with independent businesses. We are not responsible for the goods or services those businesses provide. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties.
